Payment & Cancellation Policy

• 50% of the total amount needs to be paid as an advance at the time of booking confirmation
• The remaining 50% needs to be paid at least 30 days prior to the arrival date
• Cancellation before 90 days of arrival 15% of the total booking amount will be charged
• Cancellation 89 - 60 days of arrival 30% of the total booking amount will be charged
• Cancellation 59 - 30 days of arrival 60% of the total booking amount will be charged
•  Cancellation 29 - 0 days of arrival 100% of the total booking amount will be charged

Kindly Note: No refund is applicable for unexpected and unplanned early departure

Note: Booking is confirmed subject to the receipt of advances at the time of blocking rooms and full payment before arrival. Failing which the management reserves the right to release the booking. Kindly note, the advance paid will be forfeited in this case.
